This effectively improved the concentrate grade indicators, reduced tailings grade, and minimized metal losses.

It promotes contract energy management, strengthens technological transformation efforts, deeply explores potential for cost reduction, and promotes energy conservation and emission reduction. The mine vigorously promotes clean production as an important way to achieve energy conservation, emission reduction, and cost reduction, focusing on three main tasks. First, break conventions and promote the construction of tailings-free mines. Currently, in most mines, 60% of the coarse particle tailings are used for underground filling, while 40% of fine particles and muddy tailings are sent to tailings ponds for treatment. By breaking conventional thinking, conducting multiple discussions and repeated experiments, the "fine tailings cemented filling process" has been implemented and promoted: using new cementing materials to quickly solidify about 30%-40% of fine particle tailings for underground filling. The remaining 60%-70% of coarse tailings are processed into high-silica materials for ceramics and building materials, achieving zero discharge of tailings. This process is currently being promoted and applied in the enterprise, achieving good results and providing technological support for green mine construction. Second, recycle and fully utilize the value of production wastewater. The wastewater generated from mining production mainly consists of beneficiation production wastewater and domestic wastewater. The beneficiation production wastewater is clarified in the tailings pond and then sent back to the mining area for recycling through the water return system. Domestic wastewater is treated by a sewage treatment plant to meet the standards for reclaimed water, mainly used for flushing toilets in office areas and daily irrigation of greenery, with some supplementing production processes. Third, promote "four new" technologies to reduce waste gas emissions. The main source of waste gas in the enterprise is from coal-fired boilers used for winter heating. To reduce waste gas emissions, the enterprise actively promotes the application of four new technologies, using new biomass fuel boilers and heat recovery devices for air compressors to reduce coal consumption, thereby reducing waste gas emissions.
