Key Points for the Use and Maintenance of HYD200 Model

Proper use, maintenance, and care are crucial for ensuring the normal operation of the hydraulic rock drill and leveraging its technical advantages. The following key points should be noted for the use, maintenance, and care of the HYD200 hydraulic rock drill.

(1) Before starting, check whether all fastening bolts are loose to prevent downtime or part wear caused by loose fasteners. Each shift should focus on checking the two M24*2 hole bolts of the side water supply system. Since the rock drill and the side water supply system are separate structures, if the hole bolts are too loose, the impact piston of the rock drill may lose its front limit, easily causing the impact piston to exceed its position, damaging the impact piston and cylinder.

(2) Check the oil level of the oil injector; insufficient lubricating oil mist can cause wear and damage to the rock drill parts.

(3) The oil nozzle of the rotating device and the side water supply device should be lubricated with grease before each shift. The oil nozzle must be cleaned before lubrication to prevent the introduction of stone powder and other impurities.

(4) Regularly check the pressure of the high-pressure accumulator. Insufficient nitrogen chamber pressure will reduce drilling efficiency, and nitrogen should be replenished as required. It is best to equip each drilling rig with an accumulator assembly for easy replacement. When disassembling the accumulator, nitrogen must be released first, and it must be completely discharged; otherwise, it may cause injury.

(5) When replacing the high-pressure oil hose or other components of the rock drill, the inlet and return oil pipes should be connected, and the hydraulic circuit should run unloaded for 3-5 minutes before connecting to the rock drill. Before disassembly, the connecting joints must be cleaned (including disassembling joints during rock drill repairs) to prevent impurities from entering the machine and causing accidents. After removing the oil pipe, the joint should be immediately sealed, and it is best to prepare a dedicated sealing piece as a backup. The exterior must be cleaned before repairing the rock drill.
