The Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology recently announced the list of pilot demonstration projects for the integration of manufacturing and the internet in 2020. The "Dual Cloud Control System Integrated Big Data Precision Management" project declared by Henan Dazhang Filtration Equipment Co., Ltd. was successfully selected, marking an important step in Dazhang Filtration's strategic layout for the integration of manufacturing and internet development.

The "Dual Cloud Control System Integrated Big Data Precision Management" project declared by Dazhang Filtration Company focuses on the integration of the two industrialization management systems, targeting the field of industrial big data—production process management. It achieves large-scale distributed storage management, large-scale distributed resource scheduling, online diagnostic services, large-scale data center management and service monitoring, elastic computing, storage services, cloud operation and maintenance, as well as data analysis services through the dual cloud control system integration. In this project, Dazhang Filtration Company utilizes the dual cloud control system to manage product quality and predictive maintenance, enabling predictive maintenance and online monitoring and diagnostics for after-sales products.

It is understood that the Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology selects advanced enterprises in key areas of manufacturing as benchmarks through the evaluation of pilot demonstration projects for the integration of manufacturing and the internet, promoting experiences in transformation and development through integration with the internet.
