Structure and Characteristics of HYD200 Model

The HYD200 hydraulic rock drill consists of two components: the impact mechanism and the independent rotation mechanism.

The impact mechanism uses an integrated cylinder, and the sliding valve type reversing valve is located in the rear chamber beside the piston within the cylinder, arranged vertically to the centerline of the cylinder. The reversing valve is close to the piston, which increases sensitivity, and the structure is compact and easy to maintain, avoiding interference from impact vibrations on the movement of the reversing valve. The reversing valve uses a hollow valve core, which is lightweight, and the thrust area is correspondingly small, reducing oil consumption and leakage, thus improving energy utilization.

It uses side water supply, with two sealing rings at the rear end of the water supply. If the pressure exceeds the two sealing rings, a misting gas with 2 bar pressure can blow out the water, preventing contamination of the oil system.

The rotation mechanism uses a small volume, high torque, low speed OMSS125 cycloidal hydraulic motor to drive the gear rotation drill bit. The output shaft of the hydraulic motor is connected with a involute spline, ensuring stable transmission, high precision, and long service life.

The lubrication of the rotation mechanism uses mist lubrication. There is an air pump on the rock drilling platform that supplies misted lubricating oil gas for the lubrication of the rock drill's transmission system, while also cooling the impact surfaces of the piston and drill bit, lubricating the guiding sleeve of the water supply system, and finally spraying out from the front end, acting as a gas seal to prevent rock powder, dust, and other impurities from entering the interior of the machine.

The HYD200 hydraulic rock drill is suitable for drill bits with a diameter of 27~41mm, and can drill holes with a maximum diameter of 89mm.
