During the drilling process, the roller drill rig drives the roller bit to rotate through the drill rod while applying downward thrust to penetrate the drilling hole. Under the action of rotational force, the roller bit drives three rollers, each equipped with hard alloy teeth or arranged steel teeth, to rotate around their respective tooth claw axes. At the same time, under the axial thrust, the alloy teeth or steel teeth embed into the rock surface, utilizing a combination of compressive and shear forces to break the rock, thus achieving the purpose of drilling.
